School Well-Being
Designed by a qualifed teacher, specifically for Primary and Secondary pupils.
Our interactive well-being sessions combine movement, breathwork, meditation, sound experiences, accessible neuroscience learning and interactive activities to help young people develop life-long emotional regulation and resilience skills.
Whether delivered as a whole-school well-being day, targeted year-group workshops or a structured multi-week programme, each session creates a safe, engaging environment where pupils learn why their bodies react to stress and how to gently bring themselves back to calm.
Each session is age-appropriate, all equipment is provided. Sessions can be customised and can include:
Mindful Movement & Stretch:Accessible, gentle movement to release physical tension, improve posture, build body awareness and help energy move freely.
Functional Breathwork for Calm & Focus: Simple breathing techniques pupils can easily use in the classroom or at home to soothe an anxious nervous system, boost focus before exams or as a reset after break time.
Immersive Sound Experiences & Guided Relaxation: A restorative relaxation experience using therapeutic instruments (such as singing bowls and chimes). The soothing sound frequencies encourage deep rest, quiet busy minds and support restorative downtime.
Brain & Body Learning (The Science of Calm): Interesting and easily relatable education on how the brain and nervous system work together and the effects on the body. Pupils will learn about the “fight, flight or freeze” and “rest, digest and recover” states, the role of the amygdala and how small daily practices can shift physiology from stress to safety.
Practical Mindfulness & Well-being Tools: Interactive activities that explore grounding techniques, self-compassion, emotional literacy and sensory awareness, equipping pupils with a practical “mental health toolkit” for daily life.
Tailored for every Key Stage and Class Size:
Primary Schools (EYFS, KS1, KS2): Fun, story-led and imaginative experiences that make nervous system regulation accessible. Children learn how to “train their brain”, listen to body signals and embrace moments of stillness.
Secondary Schools (KS3, KS4) & Post-16: Grounded, psycho-educational workshops addressing exam stress, screen fatigue, emotional overwhelm and sleep quality. Pupils gain practical, non-stigmatising tools to regulate their stress response during key academic transitions.
Key benefits for Pupils and Schools:
Improved Emotional Regulation: Provides pupils with real-time, practical strategies to help manage anxiety, anger and overwhelm.
Enhance Focus & Readiness to Learn: Calming the nervous system can lead to improved classroom concentration and cognitive flexibility.
Better Sleep & Relaxation: Teaching pupils how to step down from hypervigilance and achieve genuine rest without guilt.
Whole School Culture of Calm: Supporting school mental health initiatives. PSHE curricula and staff well-being targets.
